How about that Obama infomercial?

most tv sucks these days, but there are some shining examples of good writing, acting, camera work, etc... we call those Deadwood and Arrested Development. Family Guy sucks ass, though...

How about that Obama infomercial?

Post by Joe Biden »

People of America, I hope Barack has enlightened you, and that you will cast your ballot Tuesday to make him the next President of the United States of America, and to make me the Vice President.

Because you're gonna spend twenty bucks a month on paper towels anyway.

I was unable to watch Obama's infomercial because a ShamWow infomercial was airing on a different channel. Now that it appears that my dream of ShamWow Carnie guy becoming Vice President is on hold, I fully support Joe Biden for Vice President because I was going to spend twenty bucks a month on paper towels anyway.

i did not watch the political electioneering broadcast but saw a few minutes on the news. The negro man seemed to be coming across like a cult leader trying to make you part with yours and other hard earned cash while recieving nothing in return. however I still prefer the negro man to the potato shaped man who seems to miss the point of everything and comes across like a coffin dodger asswipe moaning about the cost of paper towels per month. plus the potato shaped man's friend, the wicked witch of the north is menopausal and shouldn't be in charge of her own kids let alone a whole country. and lord ha' mercy! not an entire continent.

the negro needs longer sleeves on his shirts and needs to eat more. the potato shaped man needs putting to sleep after a brief retirement in shady acres nursing home.

Vote Snoopy!

I already voted.

And if you watched this, that means you didn't watch Daisies. Which is why our ratings are low. Which is why my job is in jeopardy. Which is why I said "Fuck everybody that watched this."

It has nothing to do with politics, douche.

Well, it's not the viewers' fault that they put it on opposite Pushing Daisies. (Wait, did they actually?)

Jargs, I think he's smart enough to know that a president can easily be elected by the middle and lower classes (seeing as how that's like 95% of the people), so he's offering the something for nothing. He's not telling the rich that they get a big "fuck you."

But I read you were criticizing the ad earlier. Is this not true? How can you criticize what you have not seen?

Sorry for the gotcha question.

Yer right. This is the exact kind of gotcha journalism that real Americans don't wanna hear.

For the record, though, ya know, I thought I was watchin' the Obama commercial, but it turns out I was watchin' that Chappelle's Show. Well, those fake American terrorists all look alike to me, you betcha!
