Back on the topic of "things that go through my head while watching Super Bowl commercials" I wondered why the guy being chased by the cheetah didn't just climb in the cage and shut the door?

I wondered why anyone gave a shit about Clint Eastwood's Chrysler ad. I could tell it was a lame Chrysler ad and went to get nachos.

And the Star Wars cantina at the end of the Volkswagen commercial was a complete and total non-sequitur.

Also, not a SB ad exactly, but have any of you seen the Progressive ad with the douchebag who refers to himself as "Brad" in the third person? Is it just me, or is Brad the same 1960s Easy Rider type guy from their other commercials who's driving around recommending insurance and paying for parking meters, only shaven and cleaned up? Or is that part of the joke?

99.9% of all Super Bowl commercials suck.
But I do want to go to my bunk whenever I see that Kia ad (the one with Motley Crue) - that checkered flag waving brunette - so giggity.

Isnt that Adriana Lima, the VS model? She was also in the Teleflora ad where she said for Valentines Day: "Buy flowers. Get nookie."

The kid sitting on the stairs singing to his girlfriend about what a good listener she is. Why is the dad sitting in the chair in the complete dark...reading a magazine? Why doesn't he have a lamp on or something?
