Bryan Singer tweeted X-Men:Apocalypse in 2016.

Yeah I heard mention of that on the radio on my drive home I believe on Thursday. My excitement level will be completely dependent upon how this next one fares.

I love how Magneto nonchalantly tosses all the cars around. Bad ass.

I loved X1, X2 and First Class. This has potential to be about as good a Marvel Movie as can be - looks amazing. Between this & Cap I don't know whether to laugh, cry or go touch myself.

Besides Cap and X-Men, we've also got Spidey and Guardians to look forward to.jjreason wrote:I loved X1, X2 and First Class. This has potential to be about as good a Marvel Movie as can be - looks amazing. Between this & Cap I don't know whether to laugh, cry or go touch myself.
This is going to be an awesome summer for comic book movies.

Yeah, the combination of the cast from First Class (plus the other ones, of course) with the director from the first two gives me hope for this one. I'm pretty excited for this, Cap 2, and GotG. Don't really care about the rebooted Spidey, though the new trailer looks better than the first. But so far it's looking way better than last year's slate – Iron Man 3 was good, and I didn't feel like going to see Thor 2 but got to see it on a plane last month and it was okay but not amazing. (Couldn't give a shit about anything by Zack Snyder.)Diabolical wrote:Besides Cap and X-Men, we've also got Spidey and Guardians to look forward to.jjreason wrote:I loved X1, X2 and First Class. It appears Chuck gets out of the wheelchair at some point. He's standing at Pietro's house and when he punches Erik.

Apparently there's a post-credit stinger for X-Men:DoFP after Amazing Spidey 2. I don't know if it's just a trailer or if it's a specifically shot extra scene. It came about because of some deal Fox made with Sony to allow Marc Webb direct ASM2 before fulfilling his Fox contract.

Re: X-Men, X-Men Origins, Wolverine, etc.
The universes are so fucking confusing. So we're going to have Quicksilver & SW here, but also over in the Avengers universe as different versions. The X-Men universe is separate from the Movie MU, in which the first Hulk, first Spidery & first FF don't exist, but there is somehow overlap between the Singer XU and the 2nd Spider-Man............ got it.
