i dunno about that, they've all got pretty distinctive faces. i know the GH/SS figs don't necessarily get a lot of feature sculpt, but in caricature they could definitely be distinguished. jay chandrasekhar (thorny) most obviously, but i think kevin heffernan (farva) would definitely read pretty well too...

Mythbusters: Adam Savage, Jamie Hyneman, Kari Byron, Grant Imahara and Tory Belleci with a Buster Build-A-Figure.
Playsets/Vehicles are a must.
Sadly, this line would probably end up like the old Crash Test Dummies shit.

The Kari figure would have to include a book of nude photos of the real Kari, of course.
Shit. I can't think of a good signature.

Surprised I didn't say this before since 1966 Batman figures came up, but it would be absolutely awesome to get properly-scaled figures of the show's villains that are compatible with the current DCU/Batman lines.

Probably a licensing nightmare, but it would be awesome. You could even have three resculpts of Catwoman.

It boggles my mind that there are no John Carter figures. I've seen few movies that would lend themselves to that so well. I'd kill for a Tars Tarkas. I would murder an old lady on the street in full view of everyone for that figure if it was awesome. I'd also kill her cat if they included a high-quality sound chip that spoke in Willem Defoe's voice. But only one cat. Cats are too cool to ever kill more than two, even to save all of humanity.

That guy was in the Catina scene in Star Wars. John Carter of Mars totally ripped of Star Wars.

Oh, and FYI, the movie is called John Carter of Mars. Just because the studio and their marketing team fucked up the name, doesn't mean you have to be an enabler and do the same.

I wish they'd make Star Wars toys. I know it didn't do well, but those designs would lend themselves to toys so perfectly.

I also wish they'd make Reaver Queen River. The shelves are frigging clogged with all these variant Mal figures. Who needs two different Mals when the only difference is that one has gloves? And when was the last time we got a Kaylee? 2003. But we even got two different "Wash With Toy Dinosaurs" figures in that time. Crazy.

Yeah, but each of those Wash figures came with different dinos. I thought that was a nice touch.

And we still need Wash with a muatache. How hard is a new head sculpt?

If they were making Firefly toys, I personally wouldn't mind getting a Mal figure from the beginning/end of the episode called "Trash". :heybaby:
GOD! That is so AWESOME!!

Eternal Padawan is DEAD?? Oh no!

Sounds like they made that on Earth-2.

Pity it sounds like they didn't make Kaylee from the flashback scene in "Out of Gas." :heybaby:

I think you'd enjoy the Convention Exclusive from the season five episode "More Trash".

It's Inara, Kaylee, and Angela...without accessories if you get my meaning. :heybaby:

Of course, you'd have to pay qBay prices at this point. And 3 plastic figures for $600 just ain't worth it. I don't care how nekked they is.

Star Fleet / X-Bomber crap picture but might ring a bell for you. I loved the show back in the early eighties. Japanese puppet animation with a theme tune that got covered by Brian May and Eddie Van Halen. It wiped the floor with Gerry Anderson's Terrahawks.
There probably has been stuff made for it but I've never found anything so I can assume it was all for the Japanese market. Seriously though, Star Fleet / X-Bomber needs a new line of toys with top notch sculpting. The styling of the characters is just so appropriate for todays collector of anime stuff.

Vehicles:
The X-Bomber ship.
The three vehicles that make up the DAI-X robot and dock onto X-Bomber: BrainCom, MainBody and LegTrax.
X-Bomber shuttle craft.
X-Bomber space chopper.
Lamia's moon buggy.
Earth Defense Force Pluto Defender.
Earth Defense Force Pluto Astrofighter.
Earth Defense Force Mars Defender.
Earth Defense Force Ocean Fleet fighter.
Imperial battle cruiser.
Imperial fighter carrier.
Imperial fighter.
Caliban's Death ball

Figures:
Shiro Hagen.
John Lee.
Barry Hercules.
PPA (Perfectly Programmed Android).
Dr. Benn Robinson.
Captain Halley
Professor Hagen
Princess Keeli
Princess Lamia.
Kirara, Lamia's guardian.
General Kyle.
Captain Carter.
Commander Makara.
Captain Orion.
Imperial Termoid soldier
Caliban's Bionic assassin
Imperial scientist Caliban.
The Imperial Master.
Alaryan Mon Mon critters

Hasbro came close to making a Cockknocker figure from Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. They should go back and give him a new head and the body a new paint job.
