Pro Wrestling

most tv sucks these days, but there are some shining examples of good writing, acting, camera work, etc... we call those Deadwood and Arrested Development. Family Guy sucks ass, though...

Moderators: Zero, John Madden, Bob Ross, General Zod, Richard Simmons, Batman

Pro Wrestling

ESPN Classic has been showing AWA Wrestling from the late 80s and early 90s. I didn't watch wrestling at all during those years. All I can say is that there were a whole lot of mullets back then, many of which were bleached. Judging from some of their guts, it doesn't appear any of them were on steroids, either.

I can't recall exactly when wrestling became passe for me, but it must have been before then. Saturday Night Main Events were in full swing, I recall, but that must have still been before 1990. I'm guessing I got sick of it by grade 9 which would have been 1986. WWF jumped the shark when Junk Yard Dog's tenure ended.
