I heard that John Williams wrote the entire score to Revenge of the Shits blowing farts through a clarinet.

Is that so? He must have had to change the reeds quite frequently, I can imagine will-nots wreaking havoc with the ability of a fine piece of balsam wood to vibrate properly.
