Dumb question about brothels
I know this is going to sound fucking retarded, but I have to ask.
In areas where prostitution is legal (meaning this question probably applies only to Rogue II), does the health inspector regularly check the place out and assign it a letter grade, the way they do with restaurants.
I mean, on the one hand, you're buying a pre-cooked hamburger that was shipped frozen and heated to put on a bun for you and six billion other people.
On the other hand, you're sticking your meat in a literal professional cum-receptacle, who gets porked multiple times a day by any schmuck who can cough up $100 (or whatever the hell a hooker charges; don't know, don't really care to know).
Seriously, where is the greater potential risk to your health?

For the record, I've never been to a brother. Anything I know is either at least 2nd hand or what I saw on that HBO Cathouse series.
Supposedly, it is highly regulated to make sure the girls are clean. I'm pretty sure rubbers are required. On HBO, I think they said the girls were inspected at least monthly, if not more frequently. There is a strict license process. In fact, one county turned down Heidi Fleiss fairly recently.
So, if you go to a legal brothel, you should be pretty safe. Just like places with liquor and gambling licenses, if you break the rules, the will get shut down immediately. There have been a couple strip clubs shut down over the past few years. It is also very difficult to get a gambling license.
Prostitution isn't legal in Clark County (the southern tip of Nevada which includes Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City). From what I hear, the nearest brothel is out in Parumph, about 1.5 hrs west of here.
If you see Slicker's mom there, just turn around and leave. That place t'aint clean.

Okay, I knew they were inspected and whatever. I didn't really get across in my first post that it'd be hella funny if they were given grades like restaurants:
"Dude, this whorehouse got a 'B.' Let's go throw rocks at cars instead."
"Grade: A. Only minor infractions noted (see below):
<i>Bambi needs to shave her cootchie.</i>"

Prostitution is illegal in Las Vegas because Las Vegas is in Clark County, Nevada. Prostitution is legal in every other county in Nevada. From what I hear, it is only illegal in Clark County because of a deal made during the construction of the Hoover Dam between the federal and local governments. So, the nearest legal brothel to Las Vegas is about an hour and a half away in a town called Parumph. If you saw that Cathouse show on HBO, that was a completely legal brothel, but I think it is somewhere like Reno.
