decepticons, or earth 2 counterparts?

so, we had the bizarros, and now we've got doppelgangers. are they decepticons, or earth 2 counterparts? i guess if we had bizarros, we should follow the DC comics theme, and call them earth 2 kidhuman and earth 2 anarky, and earth 2 slicker?

Bahhh, Bizarros and Earth 2's blow. What we got here is ULTIMATE KH, ULTIMATE CHUX and ULTIMATE SLICKER. Even though the whole idea of ULTIMATE sucks, it's better than DC.
