Yourmusic.com has a list of "100 Great Albums." It doesn't say "greatest," just "great," and appears to only have one album per artist. Of course, it's only things they offer.
I can't find a text version, but it started getting really iffy when Fall Out Boy showed up. I completely gave up when I saw the Pussycat Dolls on the list. I know they don't offer much anymore, but damn.
