Movie FF Invisible Girl. Perfectly propotioned sculpt (finally, Toybiz!) and an incredible likeness of Jessica Alba's pouty face made this one hot little fig.

"Scratched back" Geonosis Padme. It's not the figure that gets me - it's reminiscing about the white suit in the movie and the look on her face when the Nexu gave her the scratch. Giddy up.

Unleashed Slave Leia - I jerked it to pictures of this several times when she came out. That's a little weird, but fuck, she was hot. She's since been trumped by GG's version of her, at least until they had to cover up her ass.
