Wonder Man is a winner. Not like any Wonder Man comic I've read, but it's an excellent series.

Sadly, there's very little marketing, and what there is is pretty terrible, so I fear this one will be a bomb. And, as they usually do, Disney will be completely unable to accept it was a failure of marketing and nix the character.

haven't gotten a chance to check it out, but i'm intrigued. there was a lot of advertising on youtube for it, for what it's worth.

Yeah, I thought it was weekly, but for some reason they decided to drop it all at once. I figured I was going to watch an hour of TV and wound up watching a bit more than four. (The episodes are mostly just over thirty minutes each.)

I’m two episodes in, and I’m loving it. Even without the superhuman sidestory, I’m totally invested in his attempt to get this role. YA-M2 and Kingsley’s chemistry is on point. I loved that we were watching this scene with Joe Pantoliano, and forgetting that Oscar winner Ben Kingsley is the biggest star in the scene.

Wonder Man was awesome. the chemistry between Abdul-Mateen and Ben Kingsley was soooo good. i love that Trevor Slattery keeps coming up in the MCU despite being a red herring Mandarin.

meanwhile, this looks promising too. i know it's not MCU, but whatever.

Looking forward to all the “xXx number of Easter Eggs you missed in the Doomsday Trailer!!” Videos on youtube. 99% of which won’t be Easter eggs, just obvious observations.

that sure sounds like RDJr putting on "generic eastern european accent"...

Yeah on my second or third watch, I concluded it was Doom. It’s just he was giving a ‘we need to work together’ speech which I didn’t think was very Doom-y. But I don’t know the plot of the film, so maybe he’s trying to play nice at the beginning, and then breaks bad along the way.
