For GotG they've got the Legends/Black Series-style 6" figures, whatever these bashing figures are (similar to some Avengers toys), and little figure multipacks that are around 2-3". Interesting that there's no 3 3/4" figures at all.
Shit. I can't think of a good signature.

Aren't these ones around that 4" scale? I think they are. There are also the really big ones (12"), the Marvel Legends wave & the minis.

EDITED: No, they aren't actually. Only GROOT would mix well with other Marvel 4" figures, the rest would be all out of whack. I looked at them again tonight & can't figure out what I saw in them the first time.

Not toys, but I got 'em from TRU.
I stopped by TRU yesterday because I hadn't been in there in a while and they have a big clearance going on. I grabbed 2 silicone ice/candy tray molds - The Walking Dead and Iron Man - for $1.98 each.
Originally $12.99, down to $7.98 + 75% off.

Those little Guardians of the Galaxy figures remind me of M.A.S.K. figures.

I saw those Guardians of the Galaxy figures (mentioned above) today.
Holy shit, they look craptacular. I've seen better toys at dollar stores.
I'm hoping the Marvel Legends figures look good.

I've seen better GotG toys in Ross. Multiple times.

Got ROC Destro, 25th Major Bludd, and 25th Arctic Snake Eyes for $5 from the local flea market.

Re: So, what toys did you buy or get this week?
Picked up the 50th Anniversary Low-Light vs (red) Night Viper and the "Arctic Showdown" or whatever the Snake Eyes/Ice Viper/Cobra Wolf/arctic-themed Sky Hawk is called. I was on the fence about that; it's pricey. But they had one, and this store was the first TRU I've found that had anything but the Blowtorch vs HEAT Viper I have no need for, so I figured better to pick it up and decide whether to return it later. It's a good price for all that's in it, just not sure if I need another Sky Hawk. (The blue-tinged Snake Eyes is surprisingly awesome-looking, at least in-package.)
I've got to map out what other 50th releases I want. I'm kicking myself for not asking someone to grab the SDCC set for me; I think it's actually cheaper than the TRU version and I like the color scheme better. Oh well. Long as I get the Night Landing, I'm not too concerned about the paint on yet another VAMP and Flint. I know one set has a Cobra Trooper and Viper Commander, and that's a must.
BTW, if anyone comes across Retaliation Kim "Jinx" Arashikage, I've pretty much given up hope and would appreciate an assist. I still check every Ross I'm near, but have seen nothing in ages. Blind Master turned out to be a somewhat surprising pegwarmer at TRU.

I thought I told you I got one back when they were hitting Ross. Then again, maybe I forgot. Either way, it was $4.

Went to a different TRU and found the Vamp set I was looking for. The clerk gave me a coupon, so it was only $25.

Nice. I've not seen it yet, but I did get the "two Cobras and Beach Head" set. Passed on Leatherneck, though; I've got Hawk and Destro doesn't appear to be tremendously different from my other eighty or so.
Haven't seen the Baroness or Jaye set(s) yet.

Re: So, what toys did you buy or get this week?
Found the VAMP/Night Landing at TRU, then both Roadbuster and Sky-Byte at Target. (And, once again, Hasbro's brilliant cross-marketing of non-G1 characters in the G1 IDW comics worked, because I never would've given Sky-Byte a second glance except his (coincidentally identical) G1 counterpart kicks ass.)
Then I looked at my receipts and said, "Fuck, these things just keep costing more." And tried not to think of how many comparable toys the same amount would've gotten me ten years ago.

I went by a Tuesday Morning today. My intention was to find a football figure as a boobie prize for my fantasy league. Unfortunately, no luck. But, they did have Ultimate Flint. I had given up on ever finding that one.

Ordered Toryn Farr and whatever that skiff guard's name is from Hasbro. Toryn Farr already shipped. The Skiff Guard ships on 9/22.

Re: So, what toys did you buy or get this week?
Torynn Farr arrived and is about what I expected. The Skiff Guard has shipped, but hasn't arrived yet. (They shipped separately because that's how Hasbrotoyshop works).
Found Yoda at Target over the weekend. The card was beat up, so that's probably why it was still there. It looked better in person than I expected. The hair and robes didn't look right in the pictures I saw.
Also, I had an Amazon gift card and used part of it to get the Spiderman vs. Dr. Octopus armored car Lego set.
