My CornerStore Comics shipment arrived today. It was Green Lantern Classics Wave 1. Which consists of
Sinestro Corps Mongul. A repaint of the DCSH figure, and technically the originals son.
Black Lantern Abin Sur. Looking all zombie-ish in a black and white costume.
Kyle Rayner. Sporting his newest uniform and has a gauntlet/broadsword 'light construct' as an accessory.
Black Hand.
Low. A S.C. grunt who looks like the space slug from ESB in a Sinestro uniform.
Maash. Another S.C.grunt who has three stacked faces on one head. Low and Maash each come with the others head and hands as accesories, so you can swap them out and "army build".
Manhunter. The evil robots that predated the GL Corps. I got two of them. Manhunters are kewl.
And the CnC figure is Arkillo, the big badass Sinestro Corps guy.

Today I received MotU Classics Buzz-Off from UPS.

And I got the 6" IronMan Mk4 with the Tony Stark head at WM. But I'm gonna put the helmet on him because that TS head looks like ass.

Triple Post! Suck my Hat Trick, Grimlock!

I was in the grocery store today and they had all their toys 50% off. They had a TON of those SW Lego Hoth army builder sets(one is Rebels and one is Empire) for $7 each. I'm hoping they go even lower after the holidays so I skipped them.

I did however pick up Rudolph, Santa, and Hermey the Dentist Elf for $4 each.

Tracks. They didn't have Jazz. Very sad, but Tracks still is awesome (I say, not having opened him yet).
Hall of Heroes Flint (Which I've seen before and mostly ignored, since I thought the only difference was the sleeves. But, holy shit, the improved paint, especially on the belt and shotgun, made this fucker easily worth dropping $6 on.)

At another Target, found all of GIJoe Wave 3 aside from the Cobra Shock Trooper. They had one Snake Eyes and six or so each of Duke and Storm Shadow. I had Snake Eyes in hand, but I wasn't getting anything else, and his knife looked messed up. So I passed. I figure Snake Eyes, well, it's Snake Eyes--no matter how awesome he is, I'll see him again and again and again. Had it been the Shock Trooper, I would've stood in line.

Good to know Tracks (and potentially Jazz) are out. I'll keep an eye out for them.

I found the last Lego Airport at Target in the clearance aisle yesterday. $80.

I also found a Hot Wheels track set at WM today for $9.50. It has 3 cars and 5 stunt tracks. Each one sets off the next one when you connect them together. I got it for the boy.

Almost got the Hoth set today. $27.98. But, still, for just one figure, way too damned much.

I did get two Cobra Shock Troopers, the new Snake Eyes (apparently, his knife is just situated weirdly, and another ROC Trouble Bubble with neon pink Elite Viper. The Target had a Storm Shadow on Shock Trooper card. It'll be a cool error for whoever goes there next.

Picked up the gate from Prince of Persia on clearance from TRU. I was surprised to see it. If I wanted to, I could go back to the Tuesday Morning store and pick up the horse and the rest of the single carded figures to complete the line. (but I won't).

I got the horse a while back to use with my Cobras. Pretty nice, especially by McFarlane standards. (It's funny that at one point they were so cutting edge when they started, and now they're basically crappily painted statues that break if you look at them funny.)

and the fact that the LEGO incarnation looks more like jake gyllenhaal than does the "action" figure.
Life is short. STUNT IT!

My wife found the Star Wars Target 9-pack for $25 today. I didn't think there were any more out there.

As far as Prince of Persia goes, between the regular line, the horse, and the gate, there were 6 figures. 4 of them were Prince Datsan. Makes Hasbro look like underachievers with the Vaders & Snake Eyes. I shouldn't be surprised. McFarlane does the same thing in their sports lines. Every wave of football includes a Brett Farve figure.

Bought the Target 9-pack for my daughter. And a Rumble/Arcee Robot Heroes set, also for her.

I got the "Renegade" DCUC Nightwing TRU exclusive and while I was in there I saw the Terminator Salvation figures have been ridiculously clearanced to under $3 for a figure, so I broke down and got a T-1. Which is one of those tank looking robots on treads with gatling guns for arms.

I found a DC InfiniteHeroes Deathstroke on clearance at WM yesterday for $3. Its probably the only IH figure I'll buy unless they make a Hawk&Dove. Or a Prince Gavyn Starman.

I also got a LEGO FireStation I won off of ebay in the mail yesterday. Sweet!

That's the 3.75" figures, right?

Those things are ass. You wasted $3.

I know. My fondness for Slade Wilson superceded the assiness of the line. I haven't even taken him out of the package.
