No kidding. I really hope this is just ToyBiz trying to milk the line for all it's worth now, and that Hasbro will slow the pace considerably. This is insane.

BTW, know anyone who wants the shitty X3 figures from the first (or second) Hasbro wave, but doesn't want to build Blob? Didn't think so. I'll probably donate those turds to some organization, or give them to the military to drop on Iraq.

Shit, I'm still seeing Legendary Riders, Giant Man, and Apocalypse waves clogging pegs 'round here.

The newest shit we got up here was the Lady Deathstrike business - and no variants to be found anywhere (I wanted maskless GG BADLY!!!!). Apparently we're NOT getting anything else up here wrt Marvel Legends for some time - not sure why, or what happened - that's just what I read. I'm about ready to be done with them anyhow.

I found maskless Norman, and I'm hereby declaring that if I find another, it's yours.

And, before you jump in, vynnie, you can have the second on the off chance I find two more. If that's the case, I'm playing the lottery that day.

Damn, man - that's amazing! I easily found variants from nearly every wave up until that one.... sure enough they dried up. At least I can smile upon my maskless Astonishing Wolvie when I get down about it. :D

I'll give up any proprietary rights I may have been given for the 2nd Chuxter maskless Osborn to Vynnie. It's the least I can do in exchange for all the times I've been called a fag and told I have a small wiener on these boards. Talk about heart-warming....

Seen them, and I'm not impressed. Sadly, I would have liked to build Annihilus.... but I'm not spending a big bunch of money on figs I don't like just to get the pack ins.

I hear you there. I have so many turd characters and rehashes of frigging Iron Man that I got for various BAFs that it isn't funny. It looks like the second (maybe third) wave of Hasbro's ML figures will have Blob as a BAF, and he looks bitchin'. Trouble is, three of the figures you have to get are from X3. Why would I want any reminder that that pice of carp ever existed?

I made a point to tell the Hasbro rep at Comic-Con that it'd be nice if the BAFs related in some way to the individual figures, and if they could hold off on Iron Man for a while. She seemed interested in the info. We'll see if they actually apply the suggestions.

oho! Got the MODOK wave. ( Well, i got it a few weeks ago, but there was nowhere to post that i got it a few weeks ago)

Iron Man is okay, but the Destroyer variant is the friggin' BOMB!

Moon Knight is sweet. Taking off the hood leads to some serious possibilities in the customizing dept. ( oh wait I don't customize)

SpiderWoman is a tad underposeable because of her arms. But nice lookng. The same goes for the Julia Carpenter version. Shes the only variant I have so far.

Wasp is the same way with the arm joints. Abd the big plastic wings are Meh. But still a good figure.

Captain Marvel is a solid generic body. Nothing deliciously special about him, but a afine addition to the ML ranks.

Beta Ray Bill!!! Hooray! The bestest figure in the wave and one of the coolest, most original characters in comics! Lets remake Thor as a giant horse skull faced alien!!! AWESOME! BRB rocks the hizzy yo.

MODOK. What the hell? They must've been passing acid around the bullpen back in the 70's. There's about 100 other figures I would make before this chump. But its still a good figure.

i know she's kinda useless without her powers, but shouldn't the wasp be "sans wings" if she's full-sized proportional with the rest of the series?

Anyone looking for the new 2-packs?

Not that I've found them, mind you.

I'm planning to pass on both Wolverine/Sabretooth sets.

I only want the variant Punisher vs Jigsaw. I think Jigsaw looks retarded in a Punisher suit. That should be the variant, not the regular release.

And the other one. . . well, I really want Mandarin, preferably without the helmet (variant). The idea of another Iron Man sickens me, though. The idea of another War Machine, especially a totally inaccurate one, sickens me more.

I swear, ToyBiz is trying to get as much as they can out of this line before it goes to Hasbro and they kill it.

Then I say good for Toybiz.

I saw that Marvel Select will be putting out two packs based on Toybiz's rejected designs for a Skrull warrior and a brood warrior. If we can get their Kree, Shi'Ar, AIM, and Hydra thugs also, then WHOO HOO!

I'm a sucker for the Face off series. Iron man variants don't bother me because they are different armor designs each time. And he's gone through so many. I want to see the post Silver Centurion Red and Gold armor with the sharp shoulder pads.

The Punisher's look good. Especially the vintage Zeck looking one. Is the other one the 2099 outfit?

I want the open mouth Sabretooth over the regular one, but i'm split on the Wolvies so I may just end up buying all of them.

I got the Wolvie/Sabretooth regular FaceOff. Sabretooth looks NICE. A little rough on the face paint, but otherwise very sweet. I shall enjoy pitting him against Luke Cage and Iron Fist. Now all we need is a Constrictor here, Hasbro!! Wolverine looks..well like a little pansy. But then thats how he looked back in his first appearance. I shall have him throwing down with Wendigo and the Hulk.
