Hercules looks good, except for his face. Way too cartoony.
Banshee looks good. The Sonic Scream face is..meh...but I can see why they would go that route.
Movie Beast? I would rather have Astonishing X-Men Beast. But thats just me.
Gladiator Hulk needs a total do over. And does that even qualify as a Legend yet?
Emma Frost. FINALLY!!! i hope they don't mess her up. if ever there needed to be a perfect female Marvel legend, this one is it.

The Anhillus BAF needs ALOT of work. But will be cool when they are done.

They really need to touch up Emma's face if they want to sell me that figure. It's the only character of the bunch (beside Annihilus, sadly) that I have any intention of buying.

I had a good talk today with a lady from Hasbro about these. Seriously. They had a survey for collectors, mostly about the scale you'd collect and whether you'd want playsets (funny they're asking that about ML and not SW). I gave her the survey and said, half jokingly, "Since there's no place on there for comments, please, no more Iron Man figures for a while." She actually wrote it down in her day planner and asked me if there were any other suggestions I had, what sites I frequented, whether I collected movie figures, what other lines, etc. I told her that, seriously, it seemed like there'd been a new Iron Man every wave for two or three years, and it was getting a bit old, since it's not "Iron Man Legends." And that it would be really nice if build-a-figures actually related to the characters in the wave, since it sucks having to buy unrelated figures that I don't want to get an arm or leg for someone that I do want. And, yes, I asked for a Jubilee figure. But I did it all clever when she asked what figures I'd personally like to see in the future, like, "Ideally, at least one version of every X-Man to ever be a member of the team, including characters like Jubilee or Forge who might not be as obvious as Wolverine."

What playsets could they do? I think they should rethink the term "playset" and come up with something along the lines of "background display set" without all the action features. just something that looks cool and solid for you to stand your figures in. Similar to the Muppets sets.

I would also love to see a Quinjet.

They need to release Sue Richards with the back half of the goddamned Fantasticar, is what they need to do. I'd like a Quinjet, but the thing would turn out to be $100 and nearly as big as the Royal Starship. I don't have room for it, sadly - but it would be cool.

They would probably rehash the Queens Starship for the Quinjet, which would be really sad

I doubt the Hasbro figures will ever see retail. Why? I think ToyBiz is trying to sabotage the line before they lose it. My reasoning? Every store in my area (six Targets, one TRU, and six Wal-Marts) have restocked heavily. . . with freaking Legendary Riders! Two WM's have also restocked with the Apocalypse Wave. WTF? We'll never see new stuff! This crap had to be clearanced out once already!

Marvel Legends are out again!

Luke "Sweet Christmas" Cage rocks.

Longshot is kinda lame. Baron Zemo, because he is loose in the neck and chest is extremely lame.

Falcon is okay. Psylocke is very nice. Iron Man is chubby in a 1st appearance kind of way.

Mojo is dead on. Smaller build-a-figures are the new bigger build-a-figures.

Can't wait for the MODOK wave.

Personally, since she's copyrighted by Marvel but can't exist outside a Hasbro-owned universe, I'd kill to see Circuit Breaker, even if just a slight repaint offered as a convention exclusive.

US Agent and Thunderstrike would be too very easy repaints I'm surprised they've not done yet.

After some thought, I'd like to see:

Jubilee
Death's Head
Forge

Domino
Shatterstar
(Liefeld sucks, but those two are born action figures)

Cannonball
Nova
(Using the same "motion base")

Movie Kingpin

Darkhawk
Night Thrasher
(Lame characters that'd be sweet figures)

BTW, I found Modok wave this morning. These are coming out too damned fast. I had to sell blood for them.

The Mojo wave and the MODOK , not to mention the 2nd wave of 2-packs are all coming out within a 4 week period. Time to take out a loan....
