Fair enough. But he is kinda outnumbered in this particular group when it comes to Speed Racer. Not saying numbers should be the criteria, but most of us tend to have pretty similar tastes on any particular movie, with only one or two (not always the same folks) disagreeing.

I'll try and find it cheap online or in a bin and give it a whirl. My list of DVD's to buy is at about 30-40 right now so I'm gonna be pretty busy when I get back to the states.

I couldn't remember what I thought about Speed Racer, so I had to search for my post about it. Looks like I saw it 6 years ago and thought it was ok.

I was watching Speed Racer a few days ago and my girlfriend said "I enjoy how much you enjoy this movie."

Apparently I look like a six year old with a huge fucking grin on my face while I'm watching it.

But this lets you avoid all those extra annoying steps. Like walking all the way over to the shelf with the DVDs. Then walking all the way back to the TV. Opening the case. Putting it in the machine.
