I was actually coming here to pronounce you a winner, Slea, and to comment on the rather bizarre coincidence that Boner played a character who's become famous online* for an old comic where he won't stop talking about boners.

I didn't think Dead End was any super achievement, but for amateurs on a low budget to produce a short that was a million times better than Batman and Robin, methinks maybe that sent a message to WB that this is not a character to be ridiculed and mocked. Unless it's Adam West or The Brave and the Bold, which are both cool.

*--Yeah, not like the Joker isn't famous already, but "Joker's boner" has become a meme along the lines of gay Batman or Superman is a dick.

True, Dead End was Oscar worthy compared to B&R, I hafta agree.

Somewhat related, put me down as being on the side of compassion toward people who take their own lives. Not for people who commit murder-suicide, as that is a disgusting act. People like Koenig who battle depression and take the permanent way out, I sincerely feel bad for them.
