Can anyone who cares enough and actually knows what I'm talkin about here (I'm thinking it narrows RIGHT down to Anarky)
check trailer #2 and look in the middle for the Mammoth Car??

From what I've seen, this film has fuckin EVERYTHING in it- Prince Kabala and his kabala special, fuckin Snake Oiler, the Car acrobatic team, it is gonna be a fuckin orgy of insane awesomeness

But if I am right and the Mammoth Car is in the film (the way it was in the trailer it was almost like an easter-egg for the die hards, a sort of "SHHH don't tell anyone") it is going to be the greatest movie ever made AND I have no shame adding that it WILL give me a boner, maybe bigger than the one that Chuxter fellow will get from Snake Eyes

THis movie looks better and better every time I see a trailer. I got so amped by it, I went out and bought a Mach 5 toy thats roughly the same size as my Marvel Legends. Sadly there's no Speed figure to go with it yet, but I'm hoping that changes.

the world/Euro trailers for it are fuckin AWESOME
makes it clear there's genuine car acrobatics in the film

I am fairly sure that if it is NOT the Mammoth Car it is a big-ass bitchin racing rig, which apparently has some kind of rocket launcher in the grill

The international trailer came out like 3 days ago, the newest one (#3 or 4 I can't remember) and it is fuckin good

You're referring to Racer X jumping his car and punching the dude in the other car that's flipping over him, right? I honest to God yelled, "Holy shit!" and jumped out of my chair when I saw that. No exaggeration. I only hope Anarky Jr doesn't repeat that to her mom later.

The only qualm I have is that I hope the scene of Rex and Speed is a flashback, or takes place before the main action.

And yeah Nark, I was referring to that shot- the kicker is how Racer X laughs that "not funny" laugh as if to say "owned sucker"

just bumpin this back to where it belongs, I now have the Mach 5 and 6 and the shooting star, so I'm all ready for this fuckin film, thank goodness Iron Man comes out the week before to tide me over

This is more of a note to myself than anything else...But DirecTV/Tivo automatically downloads "featured" movie trailers. Last night my wife was flipping through things she recorded and I noticed the Speed Racer trailer was there. Now, I didn't ever get into the cartoon series, but the trailer Mabs posted actually has me interested. So, by posting here, I'm hoping I'll remember to watch it tonight on the TV instead of online.
