I think the topic started out as a "rave" - ie you raving about how many Bat-comics there must have been..... but then cold, sterile geekiness took over, and the passion got sucked out of it. :lol:

damn straight!

oh, and just a side note, latest tally on the individual comics in the spidey database is a nice round 2110. even not counting alternate covers, i'd say the full amount is still well over 2070.

there's 600 months in 50 years. if "amazing" was the only spidey title ever produced, that's how many issues we'd have, and most of the titles weren't around for 50 years. seems like quite a lot when you think of it that way.
