Re: What have you watched lately?
Master of None Season 1 - Aziz Ansari's Netflix show. Hilarious.
Circle - Small budget sci-fi flick. Not horrible.
Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief - Documentary on the ridiculousness of the "religion."
Jessica Jones - Awesome.
The Intern - Watchable chick flick.
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation - Three times since Thanksgiving.
Creed - One of the best of the year.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 -Prepping for the Part 2, which I never got around to seeing.
Soaked In Bleach - Kurt Cobian conspiracy documentary.
Step Brothers - One of the best comedies ever.
The Brothers Solomon - Ugh.
Guardians of the Galaxy - Always good for a rewatch.
Star Wars - Episode I-VI - Prepping for a certain sequel.
Trailer Park Boys Season 2-5, The Xmas Special - What else is there to say that hasn't been said here?
Star Wars - Episode VII: The Force Awakens - Only twice...so far.
Bad Santa - Annual viewing.
A Christmas Story - Annual viewing.
Demolition Man - It was on cable. So ridiculous and stupid, in a fun way.

I have to get back to Jessica Jones. I Think I'm only done episode 4, very good so far.

Ridiculous Six - I think I chuckled once. What the fuck happened to Adam Sandler?
Hateful Eight - Really good. Almost as good as Inglorious Basterds.

Re: What have you watched lately?
Catching up on a few more from 2015.
Me and Earl and the Dying Girl - Festival darling. Quirky with good dialogue that no teenager has ever said. Olivia Cooke is great as the titular dying girl. She's my new pick to play Squirrel Girl.
Vacation - The soft reboot. Fun with some nice callbacks, but not as good as it could have been.
Amy - Amy Winehouse's sad tale, beautifully told. I must have blocked her from my attention when she was huge because I had no idea she was considered jazz. The early material/performances shown are pretty interesting.
Dope - Similarly quirky like Me and Earl... but creeps into a stereotypical teenage adventure ala Superbad. Still a good watch. Some nice nudity from Chanel Iman (video).
Room - I read the book a few years ago. The movie does a nice job of adapting it. Brie Larson is always great, but the small boy that plays her son is fucking phenomenal. This 6-7 year old deserves an Oscar nod at the very least.

I wasn't looking, but yesterday I came across some naked selfies Brie Larson took and she's got some nice bewbs with big pencil eraser nips.
I watched Catwoman the other night. It was hilariously awful.

Mad Max Fury Road has to be one of the longest car chases since Smokey and the Bandit.
Spaceballs. While I was watching it, my wife said she heard something about making a sequel. I just googled it. Apparently it is true. http://www.inquisitr.com/2643750/mel-br ... e-posters/

Wolf of Wall Street. I have an idea for a movie. Margot Robbie plays a detective that investigates crimes exclusively at a nudist colony. She'll have a magnifying glass and searches for clues on the ground without bending her knees. Occasionally, she will have to look for clues on a trampoline. And sometimes in the freezer.

Sold. Her porn analog would be Jesse James, in case you want to sit really far from the tv & imagine it's Margot Robbie doing all that super dirty stuff.

Jesse James fake tits annoy me whenever I see them. Her "enthusiasm" is fine, but dem tits are horrible.

Took the kids to see Zootopia today. It kind of spoon fed kids ideas about racism, stereotyping, and bullying, but there were some funny bits. And it played out as a decent detective mystery also.
My first thought was that I'd like to play a video game in an open sandbox world of the city it took place in.

Disney Infinity has the Zootopia characters and a power disc pack, but no playset.

Thor: The Dark World. Didn't see it in the theater as we didn't really care for Thor 1 that much - but this was pretty good. The aerial battle sequences were way better than I would have guessed. I purchased a cheap blurary figuring it would be worth the money & I'm glad to say it was.

Re: What have you watched lately?
i thought it was great, and the confrontation of racism, stereotyping and bullying was more for the adults anyway, though i'm sure there are plenty of people out there who still want to "Make Zootopia Great Again", regardless. from the point of view of the kids it was more framed as "look at this total bullshit about a whole bunch of people telling you what you can and can't be based solely on yourTom Foolery wrote:Took the kids to see Zootopia today. and i'll second the call for Disney Infinity and the Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde figures. the power disc pack comes with alternate costumes for both, and a terrain and sky based on the movie world. there are a lot of toybox downloads out there designed around this movie.
Life is short. STUNT IT!

Re: What have you watched lately?
We had Starz this weekend for free this weekend. I saw Avengers: Age of Ultron, Capt. America: Winter Soldier, and Ant Man. All for the first time. Also watched Office Space just because it was on. Too bad they didn't show Guardians of the Galaxy.
