It is. I really honesty think, though, that buying & reading it monthly does it a disservice. I'm going to sell my individual issues & buy trades 6 & 7 to go with my earlier ones. You don't get immersed enough in 10 minutes - I just literally can't wait for them to come out, so I buy the issues ><

I got bored, finished the chapter I was on, put it down and never picked it back up.

I'll go back & do a re-read, maybe the first volume is slow? I'm also wondering if having a daughter plays into whether or not this series really speaks to you or not.

I don't recall the first volume being slow.

DB just needs to watch the fucking Blues Brothers so he'll appreciate this book more.

Store B: Uncanny Avengers 17 & 19 (which should wrap up my interest in this book), and Lando #1 action figure variant for $3! I just need Han from Star Wars 4 and a Boba Fett which I'll likely never get. Maybe I should pop for the Han....

Transformers: Titans Return: First, James Roberts is a god. The MTMTE issues are incredible, even without the main cast. I love, love, love how Fort Max commandeered a Titan that looks exactly like the new figure, working in the toy without changing his size in-universe.

The whole thing about Titan Masters was a little goofy, but they did their best with it and it worked overall. Infinitus/Sentinel Prime called Fort Max "Pious Maximus," who we've seen before, but Fort didn't seem to recognize the name, so they are seemingly unrelated. Can't help but wonder if there's a reason they both look like a dead Titan.

[b}Rom: Spaceknight Vol. 1[/b]: Only got halfway through it. It wasn't bad; I was just reading late. What I read was rather good, a solid update to a character I wasn't sure would work without the context of the MU. I haven't read enough Ryall to know if he was intentionally making it wordy and incorporating catchphrases to homage the original series.

Overall, the only real issue I had with either is that there's so much going on leading up to and in the Revolution crossover that I'm completely unsure of the reading order.

So. I haven't read more than a handful of books over the last couple months. And I've bought like almost 200 in that time.

But last night, I decided to read Saga.

What.
The.
Fuck.

:( :( :( :( :( :(

There weren't enough black pages at the end.
This book kicks you right in the feels. A lot.
