If they do anything, hopefully it'll be more like those one-off things they've done in the past, as opposed to a more serious longer stint like they did with Paul Rodgers. I thought Adam Lambert was way over the top and just shitty overall, and I don't think he's a very good fit with Queen at all. Just because he's gay doesn't mean he's the next Freddie Mercury . . .

I still wish they'd gone with George Michael. Or, since they seemed to have an affinity for Extreme, why not ask Gary Cherone now that he's drawing unemployment?

A year? I thought in it came out in the past 6 months. The interview I saw of them aired back in February or March.

My wife mentioned "the guy from Queen" was on American Idol. Since I don't really care what happens on that show, I said "oh yeah?" and changed the subject.
