Don't listen to him. Snarf is notorious for telling people they owe him minor increments of money, usually $5 or less. Since most people wouldn't find it worth it to haggle over such a small amount, they usually fork it over.

Snarf has managed to order three blow up sex dolls from Adam&Eve with money he's scammed this way. And one of them he customized into Cheetara.
