That appears to be authentic Liefeld art. I just did a search and found it on several sites dedicated to Liefeld (mostly using it as an example of his shitty anatomy).
The signature in the bottom right is definitely his, but I can't swear it wasn't taken off another picture.
I thought maybe it was a cover from his (thankfully) short-lived stint on Cap, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Check out the cover gallery. (The shithead in question did 1-6.)
I'm not sure which is worse, #1 or #2. #1 has some horrible anatomy and perspective, but #2 has all that, plus that weird female face floating around for no reason.

I actually get "spam" from Fredericks of Hollywood. Someone used my boat email account to order something and now I get it. I'd much rather have Fredericks over Victoria's personally.
